ASQ Names Senior Sales Manager
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 31, 2007—The American Society for Quality (ASQ) has appointed Steve Gage as senior manager of sales. In this role, Gage will concentrate on sales management leadership, implementation of appropriate sales models & processes and the development of a corporate sales system. Gage will serve as the manager of a seven person sales team.
“I look forward to advancing the global expansion and use of quality tools and practices as well as growing the enterprise to ensure its position as a viable and robust membership organization,” Gage said. “It is through ASQ’s innovative products and services that quality will become a widespread term to signify excellence.”
Gage has a solid 25 year track record of growing sales revenues most recently as sales director for RB Royal Industries, Fond du Lac, Wis. Prior sales and marketing leadership roles included Arnold & O’Sheridan Consulting, Brookfield, Wis., and Wisconsin Energy Corporation, Milwaukee, Wis.

Gage has completed post-graduate work in professional development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee. Gage is also an active member in the Association for Facilities Engineering, and the Marquette College of Engineering Alumni Board, and is the fundraising committee chair for the Franklin Cultural Arts Center.
