ASQ Reaches Out to Virginia Tech Quality Community

As news of the tragedy at Virginia Tech University continues to unfold, it has been readily apparent how important the school is to the ASQ community.  Several ASQ members are Virginia Tech University instructors and administrators.  Other Virginia Tech faculty, staff, and students are members of the ASQ community and there are ASQ members who are Virginia Tech graduates and colleagues.

Many people were directly affected by the senseless tragedy that has angered and saddened all of us these past two days.  And, as we wait for answers, so much is yet unknown. 

ASQ members want to be assured their Virginia Tech friends and colleagues are safe.  If you are on the Virginia Tech staff and would like to inform your fellow ASQ members that you are ok, please e-mail either Mike Manteuffel or John Van Slyke of the ASQ staff.
