The California Council for Excellence (CCE) helps California's private and public organizations achieve world-class service and products through the principles and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. CCE also sponsors training workshops, best practice site visits and Baldrige based training to certify examiners and judges for the California Awards
for Performance Excellence.

The Minnesota Council for Quality is a nonprofit member organization. Free resources on its website include a council member directory, a list of local partnerships, several articles, relevant links and PDFs of recent council newsletters. Users can also find information on the council's main service, organization assessments. The assessments are based on the requirements for the Minnesota Quality Award.

The Margaret Chase Smith Quality Award, based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is administered by the Maine Quality Award Committee. If more than 50% of your organization's employees, more than 50% of its physical assets and more than 50% of its quality management activities are located in Maine, you may qualify. Visitors may download applications and general instructions.

The Michigan Quality Council promotes the adoption and development of performance excellence practices through the Michigan Quality Leadership Award assessment process, training and education. From the main menu on the home page visitors can find news, calendar, bulletin board, community and education information.

Quality New Jersey's (QNJ) homepage features membership information, an events calendar, news items and application materials for state quality awards. Its extensive list of quality related links includes links to local ASQ chapters. Visitors may also download a brochure for QNJ's annual Performance Excellence Conference.

The South Carolina Quality Forum, an affiliate of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, recognizes improvements in quality and productivity by organizations throughout the state. The forum administers the South Carolina Governor's Quality Award, the South Carolina Governor's Explorer Assessment and the Milliken Medal of Quality programs.

The Quality Texas Foundation is a nonprofit organization promoting quality practices in government, for profit, nonprofit and educational organizations. Its website features an events calendar and information on the Texas Award for Performance Excellence. The main purpose of the organization is to administer its award, which is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria.

The site provides a forum for exchanging ideas as well as information on training programs, current news and products.
