All in Excel format, some downloads are partially functioning demos and some are fully functioning freeware. The spreadsheets include tools for variable data statistical process control (SPC), count data SPC, reliability statistics basics, power curves for t-tests, statistical analysis of gages, c = 0 sampling plans, self-made sampling plans and sequential sampling plans.
