I agree with Jos?? Luis's comment. However I am no sure that the goal of the presentation has been how to get the results showed. I believe that the aim of the article is precisely to show how to start the approach. In this sense, I found it very clear and illustrative.

Thanks for the comment Jose. I continually revise this paper, and appreciate you taking the time to read and comment. Since the paper describes a set of principles, I view the choice of a specific methodology as a variable rather than a constant, or even a recommendation. Also I will attempt to modify the keywords linked with this document. "knowledge work" is a better fit, and "improving flow" of knowledge work is better still.
Any other suggestions?

this article is basics, not describe how could he get this results. Could be better if he descibes the methodology and the "as"
