Perspectives on the Future of Quality
and Organizational Excellence

Thought leaders from business, industry, and non-governmental organizations met at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Maryland, June 24, 2009, to discuss the future of quality and organizational performance excellence.

Hosted by ASQ and the Baldrige National Quality Program, participants identified four priority areas where quality and performance improvement can achieve the greatest effect and foster positive change.
