Using ERP / MRP Systems Quality modules

We are currently upgrading our ERP system, in the past we have not purchased / utilized the quality module within the system and would like know, from personnel using quality modules, as to what information is being used / tracked, ie nonconformances, rework / scrap cost, ISO documentation, returns, etc, what software is being used and it's ease of use.

Hi!
We are upgrading the ERP, as you in Quality System Modules. we began with the lab process and then we will continue with the change control and personnel.

Could you please be more specific on your question?
