Hi,

I'm doing some research on enterprise quality management systems and/or product quality in general. I have two questions -

1) How much is spent globally by all the companies on product and service quality (any estimates)?

2) What is cost of poor product and service quality globally in USD? (Example - repair cost, rework, warranty, etc.)
