Abstract:With integration of its businesses from refinery to textiles, Reliance Industries Limited is among the top 10 global producers in all its major petrochemical product lines. The Reliance Hazira manufacturing unit began its quality journey in 1991, building a workplace that fosters professional as well as personal growth, stressing quality of life. This case study details the work of the Polyester Fiberfill Cost Reduction Team, winner of the International Team Excellence Gold Award.
