CSD courses may be scheduled on request by companies or ASQ Sections. If you would like to make a request, please contact Greg Novacek, CSD Education Chair.
Duration and RU's
Each course will start at 8 :30 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m. with lunch provided. Registration will start at 8:00 a.m. A certificate of completion for 0.8 ASQ Recertification Units will be provided to each participant for each full day of instruction.
Fees includes tuition, lunch, course notes and a reference text (depends on course taken). Reference texts include:
- Quality Audits for Improved Performance (Supplier Auditing)
- Supplier Certification: A Continuous Improvement Strategy (Supplier Certification)
Cost is $400 per participant for a single seminar or $650 for both. Three or more employees from the same company may attend for $325 per participant for a single seminar or $600 for both.
