Janet Raddatz
(Also Volunteer Coordinator)
"Quality is not only about what we do, but how. It is an invisible web of customer-supplier interconnections that link our every action to tangible and intangible results.
The tangible we can measure, in terms of product and service quality. The intangible, such as trust, understanding, commitment and compromise are extremely difficult to measure. However, the intangibles are the foundation of any good customer-supplier relationship.
Quality within the customer-supplier relationship requires that we break bad habits and form new ones with new behaviors that foster a vision of co-destiny with our suppliers and customers. This is what CSD is all about searching for key behaviors that improve relationships and sharing that knowledge."
