About Stephen K. Hacker
Stephen Hacker has consulted with diverse organizations throughout the world including Volvo, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Credit Agricole, Allied Signal, US and Canadian Navies, many State/Providential Governments, and other organizations in over 40 countries, from Botswana to Estonia to Singapore to Turkey. He has authored several books including Work Miracles, The Trust Imperative, Transformational Leadership and Transformation Fieldbook. His background also includes senior leadership with Procter & Gamble and Executive Director of a world renowned university research center. With this broad range of experience, Stephen knows how to marry theory with practical application. Stephen is a Past-Chair of ASQ's Customer-Supplier Division.
About Marvin Washington
Dr. Marvin Washington is an Associate Professor with
the University of Alberta. He earned his PhD in
Organizational Behavior and Sociology from
Northwestern University and the Kellogg Graduate
School of Management. He has written many articles
and books on the subject of organizational change as
well as delivered numerous presentations to
organizations and associations in Mexico, Canada,
US, and Europe. In addition to writing and speaking
about organizational change, Marvin has consulted
with the United States Postal Service, the Country of
Botswana, the Maynard Institute, and numerous other
not-for-profit, and for-profit organizations. Marvin’s
latest project has resulted in the publication of his book
Leading Peak Performance: Lessons from the Wild
Dogs of Africa: How to Create Pack Leadership &
Produce Transformative Results (with Stephen Hacker,
Quality Press 2007).
