Duration and RU's

Each course will start at 8 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m. with one hour for lunch. Registration will start at 7:30 a.m. A certificate of completion for 0.8 ASQ Recertification Units will be provided to each participant for each full day of instruction.

Seminar Fees

Fees includes tuition, lunch, course notes and a reference text (depends on course taken). Reference texts include:

• Quality Audits for Improved Performance (Supplier Auditing)
• Supplier Certification: A Continuous Improvement Strategy (Supplier Certification)
• Improving Your Measurement of Customer Satisfaction (Satisfaction Measurement)

Leading Change (2-day course) and Customer Satisfaction (2-day course): $875 per participant for these two-day courses. Early registration fee and multiple participant (three or more from the same company) fee is $750 per participant. Please see brochures for early registration deadlines. The multiple participant fee is applicable at any time and any combination of one or both courses. Send a few team members to help overcome resistance!

Supplier Auditing (1-day course) & Supplier Certification (1-day course): $400 per participant for each one-day course or $650 per participant for both courses. Early registration fee and multiple participant (three or more from the same company) fee is $325 for each one-day course. Please see brochures for early registration deadlines. The multiple participant fee is applicable at any time.
