Accommodations

A block of rooms has been made available at the Columbus, a Renaissance Hotel. Conference rates are $139 for king room or double beds, plus taxes. These rates apply for Tuesday October 10, 2006 through Sunday October 15, 2006, based on availability. The guest room block will be held until Wednesday September 20, 2006.

Reservations can be made online (see links below) or calling Renaissance reservations at 1 (800) 417-1057. Be sure to ask for ASQ and ASA 50TH for special conference rates when reserving your hotel room by telephone.. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm, however, every attempt will be made to accommodate those guests who arrive prior to check-in time. Hotel parking is available at a reduced rate of $17 per day - one vehicle per room with in and out access. Parking is based upon availability.
