Charles L. Sabino

Chuck brings a comprehensive set of skills and experience to quality and change management. Having 26 years experience at Xerox Corporation, Sabino has held a variety of sales, and management positions. His experience as an internal consultant includes working with management teams to implement quality practices that have enabled them to become more customer-focused, competitive, and improve business results. Sabino’s experience as an consultant include such clients as Honeywell, Seimens Building Technologies, Ralston Purina, International Comfort Products, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, and Washington Mutual.
 
As a consultant, Sabino assists organizations in their transformation to business excellence.  He provides consulting, facilitation, and training in the areas of management leadership, business process management, quality tools and processes, and team effectiveness.  This includes partnering with senior management, design and development of structured workshops, and presentations to client groups.
