Ann Haggerty-Raines

Ann Haggerty Raines, a trainer and consultant, has developed and implemented customized programs for quality awareness and deployment with such diverse clients as hospitals, school districts, business, and industry. She is also considerably experienced in training management skills, team building, and communication and customer service skills.

Haggerty Raines has served as an examiner for Quality Valley, USA , and serves on the board of directors of Leadership Lehigh Valley. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Mt. Holyoke College with a concentration in psychology and education, and continued studies in human resources.

She is certified through AQP in Quality Management and is an authorized trainer of trainers through PQ Systems. Ann has worked in quality in education initiatives since 1993, including facilitating the Facilitating Continuous Improvement in Education course. This, along with her background as a classroom teacher, has made her a vital asset to the ImpaQT initiative.
