John Lent

John Lent specializes in supervisory training and process analysis. He creates e-Learning and blended training strategies that deliver results using a variety of content delivery mechanisms. By drawing on adult learning techniques and leveraging technology, the work of John’s team at Minolta Corporation earned national recognition as an industry best practice. He also collaborated and implemented competency-based technical training programs worldwide.

John’s background draws from over 20 years experience leading national field service teams and national technical training groups within technology-based product industries. He holds a B.S. in Management and has completed graduate studies in corporate training and knowledge management.
