Jeff T. Israel

Jeff T. Israel is the founding Principal of SatisFaction Strategies LLC, a consulting firm founded in 1991. SatisFaction Strategies specializes in the design and improvement of satisfaction measurement systems, and in improving customer-focus and satisfaction. He has twenty-five years experience with satisfaction measurement and service quality research. Clients include: Providence EAP; Artex Aircraft Supplies; BPA; E-Trade Financial Group; ALARIS Medical Systems; Household Finance Corp; Great Western Chemical; Maxcess Corporation; Portland General Electric; Mitsubishi Silicon America; Intel; and others.

Prior to founding SatisFaction Strategies, Mr. Israel spent ten years as a market research supplier. In that time he was Vice President at Market Trends, a free-lance consultant, and Field Coordinator with Gilmore Research. At Market Trends, he opened and directed all activities in the Portland office for three years; at the headquarters location managed all research data collection activities for one year and also served as project manager for select high technology and telecommunications projects for one year. At Gilmore Research, he was Field Coordinator for three and a half years, hiring, training and supervising all field projects, including in-person executive interviewing, as well as all intercept and door-to-door data collection projects.

Mr. Israel is Vice Chair – Member Services for the Customer Supplier Division of the American Society for Quality. He has served as CSD Chairman, Past Chair, Chair-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Webmaster and Regional Counselor. He is Senior Member of ASQ and served as Facilitator for ASQ’s Division Affairs Council (formerly GTC). Israel was a significant contributor (customer satisfaction topics) to the ASQ QMD Certified Quality Manager Handbook. In addition, he is a member of the Business Marketing and American Marketing Associations.
