George F. Gordon, M.Ed., MBA, PHR, LPC

George Gordon brings over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources consultant and professional executive coach, with a particular focus in creating organizational effectiveness through development and training. His career includes experience in executive level human resource management and organizational development. He served as Assistant Director in Leadership and Career Services at Xavier University of Cincinnati, and on faculty at The University of Cincinnati.

Gordon teaches at Xavier University in the Executive Human Resource Development Program in the Graduate School of Education and in the MBA program at The Williams College of Business Administration in the Department of Human Resources and Economics.

Gordon holds a M.Ed. from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati . He is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Ohio , and is licensed as a Professional Human Resources Manager through The Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). He is a past president of the Greater Cincinnati American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and is a past-board member and former newsletter editor of The Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA).
