George Alukal, CQ Manager, CQA, CQE

George Alukal is vice president of corporate quality and performance, and director of quality and process improvement, for the Chicago Manufacturing Center, a Chicago-based consulting firm. For the past 20 years he has taught Lean manufacturing, strategic planning (and goal setting), project management, continuous improvement (Kaizen), customer satisfaction and focus and human resource development.

Alukal is a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards, an international speaker, and the recipient of numerous awards in the field of quality.
