TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Holiday Inn Calgary Airport is approximately 7 miles from Calgary International Airport. The Holiday Inn has complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.  Upon retrieving your bags from baggage claim, proceed to the “Arrivals Level” at Pillar #10 and use the courtesy phone to call The Holiday Inn Calgary Airport to request your pick-up at the airport.  Taxi fare is approximately *$25.00 (CAD) one-way.

COURSE SCHEDULE
Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – Noon

Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks served daily;
lunch served Monday – Thursday.

BUT PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR DEPARTURE PRIOR TO THE ENDING TIME LISTED FOR THE LAST DAY.
We suggest casual attire in the classroom. You may wish to bring a sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.

ASQ EVENT MANAGEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY 

  1. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on site.
  2. If you cannot send a substitute we can transfer your course fees to another ASQ headquarter course of your choice.**
  3. If you need to cancel we will refund your paid registration fee.**

**NOTE: Requests for cancellations/transfers received 5 or more business days prior to course start date will receive a full refund/transfer. Requests received less than 5 business days will incur a $150 processing fee. Cancellation/transfer requests will not be accepted once training begins. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire course fee.

ASQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors. Please be advised that ASQ is not responsible for airfare penalties or other travel expenses you may incur.
