Please make your room reservation as soon as possible. ASQ has a special group rate (based on availability) until Sunday, April 12, 2009. Please tell the reservation agent that you are attending a function of the American Society for Quality to receive the group rate. TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Bay Porter Shuttle service is available from both the from the Oakland Airport and San Francisco Airport. The cost of the shuttle from Oakland Airport is *$25.00 per person one way. Bay Porter Courtesy phone is located in the baggage claim area. Taxi from Oakland Airport to hotel is *$40.00 one way. Bay Porter shuttle service from the San Francisco International Airport is approximately *$40.00 one way. To schedule reservation in advance, call Bay Porter at 415-467-1800. The Francisco Airport BART train stops at the 12th Street Oakland City Center station (next to hotel). Cost for BART is *$6.00 one way. Log on to www.bart.gov for further information on the BART transportation system.

We suggest casual attire in the classroom. You may wish to bring a sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.

ASQ EVENT MANAGEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY  Substitutions can be made at any time, even on site. If you cannot send a substitute we can transfer your course fees to another ASQ headquarter course of your choice.** If you need to cancel we will refund your paid registration fee.** **NOTE: Requests for cancellations/transfers received 5 or more business days prior to course start date will receive a full refund/transfer. Requests received less than 5 business days will incur a $150 processing fee. Cancellation/transfer requests will not be accepted once training begins. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire course fee. ASQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors. Please be advised that ASQ is not responsible for airfare penalties or other travel expenses you may incur.
