RESERVATIONS:
Please make your room reservation as soon as possible. ASQ has a special group rate (based on availability) until Thursday, November 12, 2008. Please tell the reservation agent that you are attending a function of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) to receive the group rate. The group rate is $129.00 single plus *11% state and local tax per room, per night.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Hotel is approximately 10 miles North of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. Airport Express Shuttle is *$15.00 one way. Airport Express Shuttle stations “Go Airport Shuttle” are located outside every terminal on the lower level outside the baggage claim area. Taxi from airport to hotel is *$40.00-$45.00 one way.

Tuesday 7:30 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.
Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks served daily.
Lunch served Monday–Thursday.

We suggest casual attire in the classroom. You may wish to bring a sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.

ASQ EVENT MANAGEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY 

  1. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on site.
  2. If you cannot send a substitute we can transfer your course fees to another ASQ headquarter course of your choice.**
  3. If you need to cancel we will refund your paid registration fee.**

**NOTE: Requests for cancellations/transfers received 5 or more business days prior to course start date will receive a full refund/transfer. Requests received less than 5 business days will incur a $150 processing fee. Cancellation/transfer requests will not be accepted once training begins. Registrants who fail to attend are liable for the entire course fee.

ASQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors. Please be advised that ASQ is not responsible for airfare penalties or other travel expenses you may incur.
