This one-day lecture/workshop virtual course is designed to be hands-on. A Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) helps to analyze a proposed or existing process to help uncover potential failures within the process or system before they occur. This session demonstrates what a Process FMEA is and what the many benefits of constructing one is. Participants will learn how to construct and analyze a Process FMEA. Close attention is provided on how to also maintain the FMEA over the life of the process to help assure defects are minimized or eliminated.
