Developing and Implementing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System for the Service Industry
This course introduces participants to ISO 9001 as a business improvement tool. Participants learn how to develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system (QMS) in a service industry environment. Through a series of exercises participants will experience all the aspects of implementation of a quality management system. The program briefly addresses the registration process.
