Who Should Attend
Individuals involved in developing, implementing, maintaining and/or participating in an organization’s internal audit program that meets the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2002.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the internal quality system.
• Know how the audit cycle works.
• Be able to understand the audit evidence necessary to comply with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
• Understand the relationship between the quality policy, quality manual, procedures, and instructions.
• Using ISO 19011, plan preaudit activities, audit activities, post-audit activities and follow-up activities.
• Be able to prepare for an internal audit effectively — managing resources, collecting audit evidence, documenting observations and questioning/listening techniques.
• Know how to verify effectiveness of corrective actions, close out an audit and conduct follow-up surveillances.
• Understand process auditing.
