Constraint Management and Six Sigma — Revised

Constraint theory is an integrated systems approach to management. This course shows the strategic and tactical application of constraint management concepts and principles to production, marketing and sales, purchasing, and financial management of typical companies. Participants are encouraged to bring notebook computers for direct participation in the computer simulations.*

*PC-compatible, minimum 486 MHz with color displays and enough open disk storage for 3MB of compressed files.

Note: A fundamental understanding of constraint theory is recommended.
