A Baldrige-Based Approach to Organizational Learning and Development

With emphasis growing on continuous improvement and system alignment, there’s a growing awareness within the K-12 education community that educators need a structured approach that recognizes the differences between systems, yet also addresses areas of major concern. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is based on one such framework. This course will help prepare attendees to conduct and write a Baldrige-based self-assessment report, with the goal of developing an overall plan for improvement.
