Cutoff date: Friday, August 20, 2010, or before the block of rooms at the hotel has been filled; whichever occurs first. Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations early.
There is an early departure fee of $50. Guestroom reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s room rate and tax. Credit cards will be charged immediately.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to a full-day charge.
