Jefferson Davis Howell Jr. is a visiting professor at the Lyndon B. Johnson School for Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. His area of expertise is Leadership and Ethics. He most recently served as the center director of the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, 2002-05.

Dr. David Spong

President (Ret.) Aerospace Support, The Boeing Company

After 40 years with Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, this former president of Aerospace Support is also a two-time Baldrige Award recipient. Dr. Spong currently serves as chair of the Visiting Committee for Advanced Technology for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as chair of the board of directors for the Baldrige Foundation, and as treasurer of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
