Group Room Rates
Based upon ASQ-QMD ’s overall program requirements as outlined in this agreement, Adam’s Mark Hotel Dallas confirms the following group rate (net of all taxes):
- Single - $169
- Double - $169
- Triple - $189
- Quad - $199
- Suite - $350
Room rates are confirmed for year 2007. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) in effect at the time of check in.
The special group guest room rates agreed to above will apply three (3) days prior to arrival and three (3) days after departure, on a space available basis.
Cut-Off Date and Reservations
All individual reservations and/or rooming lists must be received on or before February 4, 2007. Room reservations received by the date of February 4, 2007 will be confirmed at the group rate. After this date, reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the group rate or higher.
Check-In / Check-Out
Adam’s Mark Hotel Dallas check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to that time are on a “space available” basis only. Adam’s Mark Hotel Dallas checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Late checkout is provided based on availability.
Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations for arrival after 6:00 p.m. must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by ASQ-QMD. Adam’s Mark Hotel Dallas will not hold any reservations after 6:00 p.m. unless secured by one of the above methods.
Room Cancellations
Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 72 Hours prior to the day of arrival. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) will not be refunded.
