Limited to 15 Exhibitors

• One complimentary conference registration
• Promotional insert, or brochure, in conference handout materials (sponsor provides materials)
• Additional registrations available for $295
• Depending on location either one 6’ x 30" skirted table for a tabletop exhibit or booth
• During the first day of the conference an opportunity, in front of the participants, to describe your services
• File of conference attendees with contact information

Reception Sponsors - $500.00

The reception sponsorship is a shared sponsorship of a meet and greet at the end of the first day of the conference. Four sponsors have the opportunity to sponsor the beverages and hors d’oeuvres. This includes a 2-hour open bar.

Reception sponsors will receive:

• Promotional insert, or brochure, in conference handout materials (sponsor provides materials)
• Recognition at opening ceremony
• Placard of sponsorship at reception
• File of conference attendees with contact information
