The Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort is located on the northwest side of Tucson, approximately 22 miles from the Tucson International Airport. Transportation options from the Tucson airport to the Hilton El Conquistador Resort are car rentals, cab service, or shuttle service provided by Arizona Stagecoach. These services are available at the Tucson International Airport main terminal. Cab fare to the resort is approximately $65.00 excluding driver gratuity. Arizona Stagecoach is similar to Super Shuttle and is a multi-stop shuttle where the Hilton El Conquistador is the last stop on the way in and the first stop on the way out. Currently their cost is approximately $48.00 excluding driver gratuity.
In addition to the above options, the Hilton will provide shuttle service to/from the airport at the following times:

| Tuesday, Oct. 13 | Depart the airport hourly from 11:00am until 4:00pm, every hour, on the hour |
| Wednesday, Oct. 14 | Depart the airport hourly from 10:00am until 6:00pm, every hour, on the hour |
| Friday, Oct. 16 | Depart the resort hourly from 4:00am until 12:00pm, every hour, on the hour |
| Saturday, Oct. 17 | Depart the resort hourly from 4:00am until 12:00pm, every hour, on the hour |
Cost for shuttle service is $28.00 + $3.93 tax = $31.93 per person each way. This does not include driver gratuity.
If you arrive at the Tucson International Airport outside of the Hilton shuttle service schedule, the Hilton is also providing transfer service for $38.00 + $5.34 tax = $43.34 per person each way. This is a scheduled service and needs to be arranged in advance.
Charges for transportation provided by Hilton can be charged to your guestroom or to a credit card. The hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
If you wish to take advantage of either of the Hilton transportation options (shuttle service or pre-arranged service), the two enclosed forms will need to be completed and emailed or faxed back to the resort 5 days prior to your arrival. These can be emailed to you if you wish to send them to the resort electronically.
