Interested in being a protégé and finding a mentor? Follow these steps:
- Review the Roles & Responsibilities (PDF, 17 KB) of being a mentor to clearly understand the program expectation of you as a mentor.
- Complete the Protégé application (DOC, 194 KB) and survey (DOC, 71 KB).
- Submit your profile to ASQMentoringProgram@asq.org via e-mail.
The ASQ Mentoring Program Administrator will contact you to review your profile, the program, and the mentor expectations with you. You’ll then be asked to review the Mentor profiles.
- Review the Mentor profiles.
- Identify three potential mentors in rank order on the Mentor Selection (DOC, 177 KB) form.
Your contact information will be shared with your primary mentor selection. You will then be contacted by that person within 72 hours. If there is not a strong mentoring match, your secondary mentor selection will be provided with your contact information. We will continue to work with you until an appropriate match is made.
When both parties agree to begin a mentorship together, then the knowledge-sharing and coaching can begin.
