- Complete the Mentor profile (DOC, 187 KB) and survey (DOC, 71 KB).
- Submit your profile to ASQMentoringProgram@asq.org via e-mail.
The ASQ Mentoring Program Administrator will contact you to review your profile, the program, and the mentor expectations with you. When you are selected by a Protégé, ASQ will provide contact information to you about your potential protégé so that you can begin a conversation (via e-mail or the phone).
When both parties agree to begin a mentorship together, then the knowledge-sharing and coaching can begin.
