About the ASQ Mentoring Network

ASQ’s Mentoring Program aims to foster relationships between experienced and newer members of the society. We envision that this relationship will help provide career and professional development mentoring to members at every level of their career path.
The pilot program is designed to determine the best offering for mentorship through ASQ. The feedback provided by pilot participants will direct the future of this offering. ASQ will gain feedback related to the quality of the mentoring relationship, the time commitment, as well as the engagement and disengagement processes.
The first phase of the pilot in 2005 was limited to 15-25 protégé participants (those receiving the mentoring) and 11 mentors (those performing the mentoring). In phase 2, 2006-07, we opened the Mentor participants to all ASQ Fellows.  Phase 2 launches in March 2007 with a total of 41 Mentors Profiles posted on this website.
If you would be interested in becoming a mentor in the future, please contact the ASQ ASQMentoringProgram@asq.org to be included on Mentor program updates.

If you are interested in career and professional developments, and would like to learn more about our ASQ pilot mentors, visit the “Protégés” area.
