Robert Boykin
Robert Boykin is employed as an Employee Relations Representative with Bechtel National, Inc., in Richland, Washington. Past experience includes material control, maintenance scheduling and procurement. Robert began his ITEA involvement as an alternate judge. He thoroughly enjoyed the process and has since gone on to serve as a preliminary and final round judge for the past eight years.
Robert’s most memorable experiences with ITEA has been meeting and working with the other judges and learning about the work processes of the participating teams. In addition, he has had the opportunity to meet several of the keynote speakers, including Colin Powell, Joe Theisman, Morris Massey, Tom Peters, and Rick Pitino, to name just a few.
