Jim Bianchetta

Mr. Bianchetta founded Bianchetta Resources, an organizational effectiveness consulting firm, based in Chadds Ford, PA, in 1995, following 21 years of Marketing, Product, Business, and Quality Management experience at Union Carbide and Lead Consultant responsibilities at Wright Killen and Company.  Bianchetta Resources specializes in teamwork, leadership development, and the use of the Baldrige Criteria for Organizational Excellence.

Bianchetta states…  "As a team-process consultant, I thought it would be valuable to list "ITEA judge" on my resume, so I applied to be a judge in 1996.  The learning and excitement of the involvement of teams from all types of companies and industries, was such a positive experience that I have continued my involvement in the ITEA process as a lead judge, Team Excellence Committee member and preliminary round lead judge and trainer/coordinator.  Seeing the results of organizational teamwork that emerge from this event is truly rewarding".
