Nancy Ashworth

Nancy is an executive coach and organizational development consultant at Kaiser Permanente. She provides coaching to organizational leaders, team coaching to the board of directors’, and facilitates leadership retreats.  As a senior change consultant for Hewlett-Packard, and Director of Organizational Improvement, she specialized in organizational change in complex, multi-site companies.  Her career has been dedicated to her own and others’ professional and personal growth.

In 1996 Nancy was trained in MBNQA criteria and became a senior examiner for the Arizona Quality Award.  That experience led Nancy to the ITEA process where she became a national judge in 1998. Nancy treasures the opportunity to serve as a judge, viewing it as an honor and unique opportunity to learn about, and promote, team excellence.
