Judges
Alethea Arnold Alethea Arnold, Senior Training and Development Facilitator, Siltronic in Portland Oregon, has focused on team success for over 20 years. In 1982 she was part of the leadership team within Siltronic that implemented systems that encouraged and supported team effectiveness; she coordinated the activities of over 40 teams. In 1995 Alethea became a judge for the Team Excellence Award process and has continues to be part of this process. Being able to learn new techniques and processes, to see the teams commitment to success, and to feel the energy and excitement from each team member as they share their story, is one reason Alethea continues to be part of the ITEA process. Alethea has a MBA with an Human Resource Focus; she has also been an Examiner for the Malcomb Baldrige National Quality Award; participated on the Technical Advisory Team for the Oregon Excellence Award; shares the leadership role for the NW Semiconductor Workforce Consortium; holds SHRMs, Senior Professional Human Resource; title, was trained in Motorola’s Six Sigma process, and is a certified trainer for Franklin Covey, Global Achieve and Ford’ Global 8D process. |
