Once the proposal has been received by ASQ, it will be acknowledged and checked for completeness. The organization may be contacted if items are missing.
The proposal review may include a site visit, contacts with other organizations in the same field, or discussions with others in the community who are familiar with the efforts. Other institutions that have supported the organization in the past, or are considering a similar request, may also be contacted. The purpose of this review is to create a balanced picture of the proposal to present to the Good Works Committee.
The review shall include:
- Long-term benefit to the local community
- Benefit to ASQ
