Find the best date and location for you. Applications sent after the extended deadline will automatically incur an additional, nonrefundable, $50 late registration fee. Applications received after the late application deadline will automatically be processed for the next examination date. Note the application deadlines for each exam date. Local ASQ Sections and international organizations host exams all over the world. You will be asked to designate a preferred examination site on your application. If you are not a member of ASQ, please find the Section that is closest to your location. If you live in a country other than the United States, Canada or Mexico, international certification affiliates administer certification exams. Find an international certification exam location. ASQ will make every effort to accommodate your request. ASQ offers some translated certification exams.
