If I'm a non-member or sustaining member, can I check my certification exam results online?

Yes, but you need to sign up as a registered customer. You'll receive an e-mail when the results of your certification exam are available, which will include a "non-member link" you can click for more information. If you're not a registered customer yet, click the non-member link on the e-mail you receive, and then click "Become a Registered Customer." (If you're already a registered customer. click the non-member link and then enter your e-mail address and your password.)

You'll need to enter your name, country, state, and e-mail address EXACTLY as they appear in the ASQ database to access your score information.
