Keeping Quality Careers Strong in a Down Economy
Have you successfully changed direction in your quality career, transferring your experience from one industry to another?
Do you have tips for getting clients or employers to appreciate the value and relevance of your skills for their organizations?
Share your career-related knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned.
ASQ seeks to publish short articles and audio interviews in its online Career Center. Throughout December 2009, special focus will be on topics related to the relevance, value, and transferability of quality skills.
Site visitors are looking for advice and examples based on actual experiences of other quality professionals. While research is always welcome, the main focus should be on you.
Two Ways to Publish
1. You’d rather talk than write?
Send an e-mail to John Van Slyke at jvanslyke@asq.org, with “Career Center Audio Interview” in the subject line. John will arrange a time for a phone interview with you. |
|
2. Submit an article:
Send your submission electronically to Noel Wilson at nwilson@asq.org. Attachments in Microsoft Word or a similar format preferred. Recommended length is 1,000 words, but requirements are flexible.

Help Is Available
E-mail Noel Wilson at nwilson@asq.org if have other ideas for the Career Center of if you would like to talk through your submission before sending it for consideration. |
