This track is designed for the auditor new to the profession, who can benefit from mentors experienced in the profession of independent assessment. The Certified Quality Auditor Body of Knowledge will be covered in this track, to help the new auditor move across the edge from novice to valued virtual teammate.

The Cutting Edge
What is the state of the auditor’s art? How will developments in business models, quality standards, customer requirements, on-line procedures, leaner organizations, and virtual structures affect the quality profile? How will auditing the digital age be different?
Track 3
Sharpening the Edge
Skills enhancement for the experienced auditor is the theme of this track. New ideas, and thought provoking presentations by experts in auditing AND designing audit programs.
