Course Description
Get the maximum benefit from your internal audit program by transforming compliance audits to management system audits for improvement. This two-day course will take you through the process of preparing audit results for presentation to management to achieve effective reporting of results for effective corrective action and audit program management for improvement.

Bio:
Terry Regel is a quality management consultant with 20 years experience in quality management planning, improvement, systems development, implementation, auditing, and training. He is a Fellow of American Society for Quality, an ASQ CQE, an ASQ CQA, an IRCA Lead Assessor, an RAB QS- LA, and an AIAG QS 9000 Lead Auditor. He holds a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Regel is the co-author of the book, After the Quality Audit: Closing the Loop on the Audit Process, published by Quality Press. He is an ASQ instructor, a member of the Quality Press Standing Review Board, a book reviewer for Quality Progress, serves on the ANSI Z-1/SC3/WG7 Committee for the Revision of ISO 10011, and is the Vice chair of Technology for ASQ's Audit Division. He has made numerous presentations on quality applications and quality auditing at ASQ Section meetings, ASQ's Annual Quality Congress, and ASQ Division Conferences.
