ASQ is proud to recognize the many individuals and organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to quality. Among the many awards we administer is the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Working with the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology, we help coordinate the award through the application process to the selection of the recipient.
We’re also a founding partner of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a prominent quarterly economic indicator. A uniform and independent measure of household consumption experience, the ACSI tracks trends in customer satisfaction and provides valuable benchmarking insights of the consumer economy for companies, industry trade associations and government agencies.
